ABSTRACT

This paper covers generational work-related differences and what managers and leaders should know to manage effectively. This paper compares traits, work ethics, authority view, work habits, assimilation of technology, work environment preference, communication of individuals of different generations. This investigation aims to set a foundation of resources that managers and leaders can use to blueprint their management's strategies in a modern work environment.
