ABSTRACT

This paper identifies the mediating role of organizational culture on the relationship between exploration and exploitation activities and organizational commitment. To this end, we conducted regression analysis on sample of 139 organisations. The study enhances understanding of the mediating role of organizational culture on the relationship between ambidexterity and organizational commitment. Findings show that the aforementioned relation is indeed mediated by organizational culture. The practical implementations of that organizational culture can help to increase organizational commitments by mediating the relationship between exploitation and exploration activities and organizational commitment
