ABSTRACT
Subject of cognition of theoretical economic politics is the practical economical politics. From one hand it must determine practical economical politics and from another – make a prediction about the behavior of economical-political decision makers. Such force is directed towards creating economical political positive theory and its empirical warranty. Economical politics means to use economical theory for explaining how the will is expressed in political and administrative fields; it means that it characterizes process of “Social choice” or/and research of economical theory of politics (Buchanan, 1987).
